JEFF WALKER

Jeff Walker is Project Manager with the Built Environment Group at the Canadian Standards Association (CSA). He joined CSA in 2005 and is responsible for standards development support for Canadian and International standards in the construction structures and construction products areas. Areas of interest include offshore oil and gas structures, steel design, plumbing systems, and adapting physical infrastructure for climate change. Before joining CSA, Jeff spent 20 years in design and management at a steel buildings manufacturer for the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.

Jeff has a B. Eng. and M. Eng. in Civil Engineering from McMaster University, and also holds an MBA from McMaster University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario and Alberta.
