KEN GREY, P.ENG.
- Graduated from the University of Alberta in 1981 with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. Currently a P. Eng.
- Has worked for the Government of Alberta for 27 years in several areas within Alberta Infrastructure
- 10 years in the Site Development Section doing municipal design, contracting and construction management
- 6 years in the Planning Section providing accommodation planning services for government ministries and developing regional accommodation plans
- 11 years in the Property Management Section managing the operation of government owned and leased space
- Currently an Area Manager, South Edmonton Area, Property Management South
Region, and oversees the management of 160 government owned buildings with a
combined area of 260,000 m² and 100 leases with a total area of 60,000 m².
Mr. Grey also oversees the management of the major maintenance program for the
owned buildings in the area to deal with major replacements of building components
such as major mechanical and electrical systems, envelope and site development.
