Mitch has spent over 17 years in the industrial construction industry managing various types and sizes of projects. His experience includes managing multi-discipline projects in both new and existing plant environments, and managing several projects simultaneously.
Typical duties include:
- Development and implementation of project HS&E and quality plans;
- Development and implementation of project control plans;
- Detailed construction planning and scheduling;
- Management of project administration groups;
- Subcontract management and administration; and
- Client, engineering and subcontractor liaison.
