Greg Shyba, LLB

Greg was born and raised in Calgary. He obtained a BA from UBC and his LLB from the University of Alberta. Greg has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta for over 25 years. Prior to coming to the Alberta Research Council, he was the Executive Director of the Alberta Ingenuity Centre for Water Research. Prior to that, Greg was the President and CEO of Trout Unlimited Canada for over 10 years and remains on its National Resource Board. Greg been actively involved in a number of successful business ventures - several in the health sector. He is active on many community boards and has long had a particular interest in water quality and quantity issues.
