MO LALI, P.ENG.

Moh graduated from the University of Alberta and obtained his Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1979. He has held various positions in construction, design and maintenance within Alberta Transportation over the past 30 years. He is currently the Director of Highway Operations.

Moh’s current major responsibilities include:

• Setting and monitoring maintenance standards and specifications and managing the contractor selection process for the maintenance of the provincial highways

• Establishing and monitoring standards, policies and operating guidelines for highway illumination, traffic operations, signing, safety, traffic signals, traffic control devices, highway rest areas, railway crossings and utilities.

• Developing and implementing Intelligent Transportation Systems for the department.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from the University of Alberta and one in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in structures, from the University of Calgary; as well as a Diploma from SAIT Polytechnic in Architectural Technologies.
