BY-LAWS   PART 10 - SCHOLARSHIPS AND BENEFIT PROGRAMS   Program 30(1) The Council in its discretion may establish such scholarship or other educational incentive programs that it considers will serve the interests of the professions of engineering, geology or geophysics and shall decide from time to time the amount of financial support to be provided for such programs. (2) The Council in its discretion may establish such other types of benefit programs that it considers will advance the welfare of the professions of engineering, geology or geophysics and shall decide from time to time the amount of financial support to be provided for such programs.
