BY-LAWS     PART 1 - HEAD OFFICE, BRANCHES AND DISTRICTS   Location 1 (1) The Head Office of the Association shall be located in the City of Edmonton in the Province of Alberta. (2) Council may establish such branches and districts as it deems necessary for the benefit of members of the professions concentrated in specific regions of the province. Constitution, structure and operation of the branches and districts shall be subject to the approval of the Council.
