Allister Barteski, P.Eng., who served APEGGA for many years
at the branch level in Fort McMurray, has died after a two-and-a-half-year
battle against a cancerous brain tumor. Mr. Barteski was 35,
and passed away on March 6.
Predeceased by an infant daughter, Jessica, in 1995, Mr. Barteski
is survived by his son, Nolan Taylor, his parents, Al and
Dolores, his sister, Decolynne-Jo, and others. Memorial services
were held in St. Albert and Fort McMurray.
