PD Seminars Corporate Discount

Register three individuals from the same organization at the same time and receive 50% off the third registration. Registrations must be of equal value. Corporate discounts will apply only to multiples of three registrations, i.e. the fourth and fifth registrations from the same organization would be charged full price, but the sixth registration would be 50% off.

To ensure discount is applied, please insert the names of the other two registrants in the Corporate Discount line on the registration form on each of the three registration forms.

Completing Your Form

The freely available Adobe Acrobat reader is required to view and print PDF files.

When you have finished filling in the fields you should then sign the form, enclose any fee that is required and mail or fax the signed form to APEGGA.
