Why use mentoring software?

• The software provides a match based on some demographic filters of your choice, competencies and compatibilities.
  
• Given the potential numbers for mentoring pairs indicated by a recent survey, manual matching is not a realistic or efficient choice.
  
• Once matched, the mentor and protégé can use the software to register an action plan and to track progress in specific skill development.
  
• The software is user-friendly - just use the prompts. Within the software you will also find training and scenarios related to mentoring.
  
• The Mentoring Software has some generic components that refer to several kinds of mentoring; however, our program uses just one type based on an action plan for one year between a mentor and a protégé.
  
• Our program is based on a single mentoring pool.

What is the cost for use of the software?

The cost is a nominal $50 fee to the protégé for the first year. For subsequent years, the fee drops to $25/year. There is no cost to the mentor.


How do I access the software?

You need an Authorization No. to enter the software.
