Through the Professional Development Department APEGGA makes per head grants available to the engineering, geological and geophysical student bodies on the University of Alberta and University of Calgary campuses. The department also collaborates with students through the Student Liaison Committees to organize and fund student mixers and soft skills presentations. The Professional Development Department administers the ASAP (APEGGA Student Advantage Program) for students at both Alberta universities. The advantages of the program are communicated in annual presentations to students. |
