The goal of the APEGGA mentoring program is the transfer of work related soft skills from more experienced members to less experienced members. 

 

CHARACTERISTICS OF A PROTEGE

  • Ability and willingness to listen actively

  • Commitment to the time involved in establishing an effective relationship with your mentor
