MENTORING


MENTOR information


 

The goal of the APEGGA mentoring program is the transfer of work related soft skills from more experienced members to less experienced members. 

After you have completed the application procedures (free to mentors) you will be asked, from time to time, if you would be willing to mentor a specific individual. The choice is yours. If you find that you are going to unavailable for a certain period due to workload please contact the coordinator.

  • Delegating - setting tasks for your protégés to help develop a required skill
