Subconsultant fees, like those for the Prime Consultant, should reflect the complexity of the respective Subconsultant assignments. Following are guidelines which are subject to the same cautionary comments presented in the introduction to this appendix.
The
scope of assignment represented by the above Subconsultant fee guidelines
includes services in Categories 3 and 4 only the items included in the
estimated cost of construction in the formulae are summarized in Appendix
D. Deviations should be subject to special agrement between the Prime
