NOTES

· The percentage fees shown on the graph correspond to the normal range of project complexity for the types of building listed in the three building groups included in this appendix.

· For the purpose of progress billing for Consultants services, 80% of the fee determined in this guide should be allocated to Category 3 and 20% to Category 4.

· Subconsultant's fixed fees for Categories 3 and 4 expressed as a % of the Prime.
