A collaborative environment is by far more beneficial and productive for a corporate atmosphere than a poisoned one. Emphasis will be placed on recognizing the reasons conflict exists as well as how to address these reasons. This recognition allows for greater understanding of the problems being encountered and how they may be affecting the situation.
