Ron Tenove, P. Eng. is the current President of APEGGA. Born and raised in Alberta, Ron earned his B.Sc. (1970) and M. Eng. (1971) from the University of Alberta. He has over 30 years experience as a consulting engineer working throughout Western Canada as a project manager and has served in several executive positions. In recent years, he has functioned as a marketing consultant and executive coach. Ron has extended his geographic portfolio into the USA and Western Europe. He is presently director, corporate development with the Focus Corporation Ltd., with office in Medicine Hat, and is part of the executive team introducing advanced geomatics technologies and infrastructure engineering services in Canada and internationally.

Following a brief new inductee ceremony, Ron will address the relevance of the profession, discuss current issues before council and present the results of CCPE's latest survey.
