Cheese and wine are the perfect complement to each other. The flavors of cheese are enhanced by the acids in wine, while the fat in cheese helps cut the tannins and acidity in wine. Both cheese and wine share common traits, as they are both aged, fermented and come in a wide variety of textures, flavors and aromas.
