As a member of the Canadian Executive Team we are looking for an individual that can take a hands on approach, is a motivator and successful manager of staff and possesses strong communication skills. The successful candidate will also have experience managing production, has been responsible for maintaining very high health, safety and compliance standards, maintaining budgets, establishing goals and driving process improvement.

Preferably the candidate will have 10 or more years experience in the industrial construction or fabrication field, proven management experience and the ability foster change within an established organization. Preference will be given to those candidates with Professional Engineering designation.
