Responsibilities/Description |
Product Development - Fuel Cell Engines
We are searching for a Manager, Mechanical Engineering who
will have responsibility for:
-Development
of all mechanical components and subsystems
- Providing overall design guidance and analysis of fuel-cell
engine systems and components
- Managing, guiding and mentoring the mechanical engineering
group, a growing team of currently 20 engineers
Candidates
should have:
-
Mechanical Engineering Degree(s)
- Management level experience in product development in
a manufacturing environment, preferably in automobile/truck
industries or other mechanical-intensive product arenas.
- Familiarity with current product development approaches
and methodologies, such as Advanced Product Quality Planning
(APQP)
- Strong people and project management skills, team orientation,
able to manage in an environment of growth and change
- Computer literacy in CAD, project management and office
suite software
