The branch is holding a student outreach day, all day Monday, April 21 at St. Mary’s Junior High. We will be showing grade 7’s and 8’s how to design and build bottle rockets from simple components, and on one fine day in June we will have a big fly off. We will be working with about 150 kids throughout the day and we need 3 or 4 volunteer members to help us out. This is a perfect opportunity for some of our retired members to come out and lend a hand and have some fun with the kids.
